Paul Rickey is a lifelong resident of Pinellas County. He graduated from Pinellas Park High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida. Currently residing in Seminole, Paul has been a certified arborist for over 19 years, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the field.
